The second gentleman of the land has purchased a bus for the Premier League outfit

Ghana Premier League side King Faisal have been handed a major boost for the 2020/21 league season ahead of their home game against Aduana Stars in Techiman.

The Kumasi-based club were without a ‘proper’ bus after the one they had initially – Kuffour Jet- developed a fault which made long distance journeys for away games in the league very hectic for the club but vice president of Ghana vice president Mahamudu Bawumia has purchased a 39-seater bus for them.

“It is true. I have received a bus from the Vice president Alhaji Bawumia. We have received a 39-seater VVIP bus from him for the Ghana Premier League,” club owner Alhaji Karim Grusah told Happy FM.

“He called me into his office and gave me the bus. He said he has heard a lot about me and decided to help my club.”

“We went to show him the particular bus we wanted and he agreed to get it for us. The bus was registered in 2017. This is a great motivation for the entire team for us to do well in the league. We will brand the bus nicely with King Faisal colors and logo,” he added.

King Faisal can now travel in comfort during all their away games throughout the season after this great gesture by the vice president.
