The Gunners fans in the West African country paid a visit to their midfield dynamo as Black Stars prepare to face Mali in a World Cup qualifying game

Despite Arsenal failing to win last season’s Premier League title, some fans of the London-based club in Mali went to meet Thomas Teye Partey as Ghana prepare to face Mali in 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Thursday evening.

Partey will be the captain for Ghana in the absence of Andre Ayew as the Black Stars need a win at all cost to breathe fresh energy into their chances of making it to the mundial.

Ghana sit fifth on the log with only three points, three points leaders Comoros and one point behind Mali whom they willl face.
