Partey will be the captain for Ghana in the absence of Andre Ayew as the Black Stars need a win at all cost to breathe fresh energy into their chances of making it to the mundial.
Ghana sit fifth on the log with only three points, three points leaders Comoros and one point behind Mali whom they willl face.
