The Phobians chief has insisted that they are struggling to even come up with eleven players for their Premier League game
Hearts of Oak team manager W.O. Tandoh has revealed that the club is struggling to raise a team ahead of their Ghana Premier League matchday 29 fixture against debutants Bibiani Gold Stars.
More than 15 players are reportedly ill after suffering from food poisonand they have been hospitalized as a result.
Although, Hearts have made an official appeal to Ghana FA to postpone the game, their request have been ignored.
“The FA should be reasonable and postpone our game,” Tandoh told Happy FM.
“We don’t have one player who will even appear on the pitch for the game. The FA should do their investigations well. We don’t have a team. Sulley Muntari, Samuel Inkoom, they are all sick and these are our stars. The Coach has also developed symptoms and is currently at the 37 Military Hospital.
“I have been roaming in Accra to check on the players at their various hospitals where they have been hospitalized,” he added.
