Ghana’s Black Stars arrived in Cape Coast on Tuesday afternoon to continue with their preparations for the 2022 Fifa World Cup qualifiers.

They began the camping with only 13 players on Monday at the McDan Park in Accra but coach C.K Akonnor had relatively a full house as they continued the fine tuning.

Captain Andre Ayew and his brother Jordan Ayew were present as well as Mubarak Wakaso. Spezia Calcio forward Emmanuel Gyasi, goalkeeper Richard Ofori and Hearts of Oak duo of Afriyie Barnieh and Richard Attah also partook in the training session.

Ghana will play Ethiopia on September 3 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium before they travel to Johannesburg to play South Africa three days later.

Akonnor does not have any excuse to provide a favourable results after the ministry of youth and sports paid all his outstanding ten months salary last week.
