Former Ghana Premier League giants Brong Ahafo United will open their campaign with an away trip to Golden City Park to lock horns with Berekum Arsenals before they host city rivals Bofoakwa Tano in a local derby on matchday two at the Coronation Park in Sunyani.
Techiman City, on the other hand, are yet to know their fate after they were handed an indefinite ban by Ghana FA after dragging the association to court few months ago.
The ‘Atamfo nny3 Nyame’ lads have been drawn by and if finally pardoned, will begin their season with a trip to Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale to battle former Premier League side Real Tamale United before they welcome Paga Crocodile Stars FC at the Nana Ameyaw Park in Techiman. It is quite surprising how Ghana FA has ignored an appeal by over twenty clubs to see Techiman reinstated while congress is yet to even accept their suspension.
Meanwhile, Young Apostles FC have been handed a tricky opener as they are billed to host Nkoranza Warriors on opening day before they make a short journey to Nsoatre to face Nsoatreman FC.
