The Inshallah Boys have added to their squad one of the most promising defenders in the top-flight ahead of the new season

King Faisal have signed former Techiman Eleven Wonders defender Joseph Adu Dwomoh in a two-year deal ahead of 2022/23 season, AshesGyamera.com can exclusively reveal.

The centre-back, who can also play as a right-back, left-back and defensive midfielder, was on the radar of Hearts of Oak and Bechem United but opted to sign for Faisal after the club’s coach promised him of playing time.

“It is true that Dwomoh has signed a two-year contract with King Faisal,” a source close to the player told AshesGyamera.com.

“He was to sign for another club but I think he joined Faisal because of he feels Kumasi is a city which can propel him to greater heights.

“There will be an official announcement very soon since he is done with the paperwork and photoshoot,” the source added.

Dwomoh won two Man of the Match awards last season against Berekum Chelsea Kotoko.
