Ghana Premier League new entrants Bibiani Gold Stars have been gifted a new bus by owners Chirano Gold Mines Limited, AshesGyamera.com can confirm.

The Western North club qualified to the Premier League for the first time in July after topping Zone Two of the National Division One League.

Gold Stars wanted to sign former Hearts of Oak striker Abednego Tetteh but negotiations fell through at the eleventh hour. However, they have been able to secure the services of defender Samuel Amofa, Abubakar Aziz and Evans Owusu from Liberty Professionals.

Also, midfielder Lateef Abubakar, Frank Agyei Jnr, Michael Ainoo, Mohammed Polo and Kamara have been signed by the cub.

Gold Stars will begin their maiden appearance in the league with a home game against Berekum Chelsea at the Dun’s Park on October 31 before they travel to Tarkwa to face Medeama a week later.

On match day three, Gold Stars will host Asante Kotoko at home.
