African dancehall artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in showbiz as Shatta Wale has found himself another mansion located in East Legon (Trassaco), a suburb of Accra which is the capital city of Ghana.
The house, estimated around $550,000, was bought for him by his new record label Zylofon Music as part of the multi-million contract he signed with them last month.
According to sources, the ‘ship mansion’ has three balconies, wine room, a spacious kitchen and a room designated to be Shatta’s new recording studio, as well as swimming pool, boys quarters and roof terrace where he can relax and make merry with his friends like Sarkodie, Davido, Bunner Boy, Pope Skinny, and the Militants.
Although, there were suggestions that the Shatta Movement boss was only hyping the company who were in charge of the house, in a bid to create awareness for their real estate businesses, MeQasa who are into property ratings has confirmed that indeed, the house is now for the dancehall king.
“This East Legon beauty comes complete with all the important amenities a star like Shatta needs to live luxuriously, from air conditioning, cooker, washing machine, microwave, garden and rock solid security,” the company stated on their website.
Shatta Wale has now gotten himself two mansions in Accra since he already boasts of $1 million rated house in Trassaco.
He got six nominations in the 2018 Ghana Music Awards including the enviable artist of the year which he is highly rated to annex it after releasing hit tracks like Low Tempo, Ayoo, Taking Over, Dem Confuse and Forgetti.
