Manchester United have sacked Erik Ten Hag as expected. The former Ajax manager has been struggling since he took over despite winning few domestic trophies.
Ten Hag has been sacked following a poor start to the season, winning just once in his last eight games in all competitions.
The last blow that led to the Dutchman’s sacking was the 2-1 away defeat to West Ham United on Sunday.
Hag spent only over two years with United and won both the EFL and FA Cups.
According to reports, Ruud van Nisterooy has been asked to take in on the interim until a new coach is confirmed.
