The youngster has sealed a deal with the Blues from city rivals Arsenal after impressing the club’s scouts

Chelsea have signed English-born young forward of Ghanaian descent Omari Hutchinson in a five year deal, the two clubs have confirmed.

The 18-year, who is highly rated by English pundits, joins Chelsea after more than seven years with Arsenal

Hutchinson was born to Ghanaian parents and could play for Ghana in the future only if he wishes to switch nationality to the African country.

Ghana have qualified to play in 2022 Fifa World Cup after missing the 2018 edition held in Russia. They have been paired with Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay in Group H.1
