“Referees always help Kotoko to defeat us,” Eleven Wonders defender Simms fires warning ahead of clash

The defender is appealing to referee Charles Bulu to be fair and firm on Saturday when they take on Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium

Techiman Eleven Wonders defender Kwayie Simms has claimed that they have been at the wrong side of officiating whenever they face Asante Kotoko in Ghana Premier League.

Ahead of the weekend’s fixture against Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Saturday, Simms is calling on referee Charles Bulu to officiate the game fairly so that the best side will emerge as winners.

“We have played Kotoko in Kumasi on three occasions. They’ve beaten us in all these games” Simms told Ashh FM in an interview.

“But if you watched those games, we suffered bad officiating. In all the two games it didn’t end well for us. In those games, the referees did everything to ensure that Kotoko will win the day and it is quite frustrating.

“But the other victory they had was a clean one. Aside that one, the other two games we were hard done by the referees and I hope this weekend’s fixture will be quiet different,” he added .

Kotoko have won all their opening three games of the season after defeating Dreams FC, Bechem United and Gold Stars. Meanwhile, Wonders are yet to pick a win after three games.

Poor state of Sekondi Sports Stadium: Why residents are unhappy with 90 per cent comment by Finance minister

During government’s reading of 2022 budget in Parliament on Wednesday, November 17, finance minister Ken Ofori Attah revealed that the Sekondi-Takoradi Sports Stadium is about 90 per cent complete just like Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi which is now opened for operation.

This statement has gotten people in Western Region infuriated as they believe that it is either the minister was never aware of the state of the facility before addressing parliament or he was deceived by those he trusted and did not bother to double check the facts presented to him.

“Some stadia across the country were renovated in 2021 and are at various stages of completion as follows: Accra Sports Stadium – 98% complete; Phase I of Baba Yara Stadium – 98% complete; Essipong Stadium – 90% complete; and Cape Coast Stadium – 60% complete,” he said on Wednesday.

According to the Finance Minister, government as part of its commitment to sports will continue with the construction of the Abiriw and the New Edubiase sports stadia. It will also commence the rehabilitation of the Sunyani Coronation Park to help improve sporting activities in Bono Region.

However, in several pictures that have gone viral since the reading of the budget, one will admit that the Sekondi Stadium is in a very poor state and poses as a threat to even human lives.

The people of Sekondi-Takoradi have called on government to as a matter of urgency work on the stadium so that it will help nurture talents for the country in various sporting disciplines.

The Sekondi-Takoradi Sports Stadium serves as the home venue for Hasaacas, Eleven Wise and other female clubs in the region.

Eric Bekoe reveals strikers that can qualify Ghana to 2022 Fifa World Cup

The former ‘goal getter’ believes the country has given preference enough to players plying their trade in Europe and it is now time for locals

Former Asante Kotoko striker Eric Kwabena Bekoe has insisted that Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac should give chances to players in the local league.

According to Bekoe, who now works as the head coach of third-tier side Montreal FC, a lot of the local strikers have the potential to help Ghana secure a place in the 2022 Fifa World Cup as well as win 2021 Africa Cup of Nations which will be played next year in Cameroon.

With Ghana’s all-time top scorer Asamoah Gyan in the twilight of his career, several strikers who are mainly playing in Europe have been given the opportunity to fill the void but none has proven to be the right choice.

“Ghana need goals to be able to qualify for the World Cup now that we are in the playoffs and waiting for the draw. Therefore, I will urge the coach to give the strikers playing in Ghana Premier League a chance,” Bekoe told Wontumi FM, as quoted by AshesGyamera.com.

“These players in our league are equally good and some are even better as compared to other players we have seen wearing the national colours. If the strikers in our local league can do the job for us to qualify, I think Milovan Rajevac should give them the chance.

“We shouldn’t always rely on players who are plying their trade in Europe or elsewhere because the fact that someone is Europe doesn’t entirely mean he is better than a player in Ghana Premier League. Sometimes, it is about luck and the opportunity one has gotten,” he added.

Ghana topped Group G of the qualifiers and will face one of the top five ranked countries on the continent in the playoffs next year.

It is possible that the Black Stars may either face Senegal, Mali, Morocco, Tunisia or Nigeria.

Former Zamalek striker Acheampong ready to join Kotoko for free

The striker who is now a free agent is ready to rejoin the Porcupine Warriors for free before he hangs his boots

Former Zamalek and Legon Cities striker Benjamin Acheampong has admitted that he is ready to play for Asante Kotoko for free.

The 31-year-old joined Kotoko in 2011 from WA All Stars, now Legon Cities, and spent two seasons at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium before joining Angolan giants Petro De Luanda in a lucrative move.

Acheampong has since plied his trade in several counties and but he is currently a free agent.

“Kotoko are doing well and I hope that it continues so that everyone at the club will be happy,” Acheampong told Asempa FM.

“I am ever ready to rejoin the club when the chance availa itself. I don’t mind playing for Kotoko for free. It’s not about the money.

“I really love Kotoko and would want to wear the jersey once again if the need arises. I would wish to play for them again even without taking salaries,” he added.

Acheampong has been a free agent since 2018 after he left Qatari side Al-Shamal in 2018.

Kotoko have had good start to this season’s Ghana Premier League after picking nine points out of nine.

The Porcupine Warriors will host Techiman Eleven Wonders at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Saturday.

Dundee United sporting Director Tony Asghar heaped praise on Cudjoe and believes he is one of the players that will improve to become a better player in future.

“We have proven we are a Club that knows how to develop and give opportunities to young players. Mathew is a player we can have high hopes for and we believe we can give him the platform to hone his talent and hopefully have a very strong career.

“We are always looking at how we can improve and develop and this opportunity has come at the right time for us to explore. Our aim is now to support Mathew and ensure he adapts to the Club and understands how we can best support him on his journey,” he added.

Cudjoe, who played for Kotoko in the 2019/2020 season, once had trials with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich but negotiations fell through at the eleventh hour.

Fifa set November 20 as deadline for Ghana FA to respond to South Africa’s match fixing accusations

The world’s football governing body has confirmed receipt of a protest from South Africa and has given Ghana an ultimatum to respond to accusations

Fifa has officially confirmed receipt of a protest filed by South Africa Football Association on November 15 after losing a World Cup qualifier 1-0 against Ghana.

The Bafana Bafana were hoping to avoid defeat in order to top Group G but a Andre Ayew goal from a penalty awarded Ghana won the day for the Black Stars. The results means that South Africa’s ambitions to play at the mundial was dashed.

According to FIFA’s communique, Ghana have up to November 20 to respond to all allegations leveled against them by South Africa.

Also, the Disciplinary Committee of Fifa will begin work on the issue on November 23 before a final ruling is made public days later.

Per the Fifa letter sighted by AshesGyamera.com only documents submitted by the two parties involved in the case [South Africa and Ghana] will be used in making a decision.

South Africa are hoping Fifa nullifies the result and set a new date for the match at a neutral ground.

“Referees have an AGENDA against Hearts of Oak,” supporters issue warning

The Phobians supporters wing believe referees have an agenda against them this season

Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak have had a poor start to the 2020/21 season and the National Chapters Committee believes it is a well-planned plot by referees.

The Phobians are yet to win a game after three matches and the straw that broke the camel’s back was the 1-1 draw against Aduana Stars.

With Hearts leading 1-0, Aduana were awarded a last minute penalty to level the score after Mohammed Alhassan was adjudged to have fouled Bright Agyei.

“The referees think they can misbehave in our matches because of the tight security offered them so they can misbehave and go scot free. The penalty awarded Aduana Stars against us last Sunday was dubious. The game has moved so far to award such penalties,” National Chapters Committee secretary Peter Mahama told Fox FM.

“Is it a plan or a plot from somewhere to intimidate and prevent us from winning the league? Football is for fun,an entertainment and has a rule that governs it.

“The referee (Eso Doh Morrison) knows what is good for him but we are cautioning him and other referees against such predetermined mindset to intimidate us through dubious means being it home or away.

“Hearts of Oak is a club that is bigger and stronger than any club in Ghana and as supporters,we will not sit aloof for referees to officiate against us.

“We know what happened at the Accra sports stadium,if they will come with the results in their pocket,at least they should just be fair, football is played on the pitch.

“There are a lot of rumours of a plot to prevent Hearts of Oak from winning the league again and we want to tell them we are aware of their plans,” he added.

Hearts will travel to Len Clay Sports Stadium in Obuasi to face Ashanti Gold on matchday four.

IS THERE A GODLY SEX POSITION ESPECIALLY IN MARRIAGE?

Blow jobs, doggy style, missionary, licking; the question has been asked whether there is a Godly sex position? Some Godly people have the opinion that missionary style where the man is on top and the woman on her back is the only Godly sexual activity. Here are a few truths.

  • SEX IS GOD’S GIFT FOR MARRIAGE
Sex is God’s idea given not just for procreation but for intimacy, pleasure and the strengthening of the bond between husband and wife. Sex has been given such a bad and evil name that even some Godly people still consider it evil or a taboo

  • NO BODY IS THE SAME
God deliberately created every person’s body unique. Sex is not a copy paste thing where you expect every body to be the same. Every one has their own unique erogenous spots. For example, some women get turned on by kisses on the neck and ears, others don’t. Some men have sexually sensitive nipples others don’t. Other men have sexually sensitive balls that love to be touched, others don’t

  • DIFFERENT PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENTLY ABLED
God gave different bodies different abilities. Some ladies have big a clitoris, others have flexible bodies. Some men have a big penis, others small ones, others medium ones. Some men have a bending penis, others straight. Each person is unique. With this uniqueness comes different ways of experiencing pleasure

  • THE MYSTERY OF THE CLITORIS
The clitoris is a God given organ for nothing else but sexual pleasure. Some men give their wives sexual pleasure through rubbing her clitoris using their erect penis or their fingers. Some use their tongue. A hardened penis comes with lubrication of the pre cum, but if he uses his fingers, he must lubricate it with his saliva or her own wetness lest she will feel pain on her clitoris. This is why some men use their tongue which comes already lubricated with saliva. If as a man you don’t use your tongue, don’t demonise those who do. The goal is to give your own wife pleasure. Each marriage is unique

  • SEX IS CUSTOM MADE
As earlier stated, each marriage is unique. Focus on your marriage and custom make it to both your preferences, pleasure, comfort and ability

  • LOVE MAKING IS ABOUT KNOWING
“And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.” Genesis 4:1
Know your spouse’s body, don’t approach your spouse with preconceived notions. Study your spouse’s body’s response to your touch and sexual acts

  • KNOW THAT LOVE MAKING IS ALL ABOUT THE SENSE OF TOUCH
Kissing, rubbing, licking, sucking; all this is about the sense of touch on skin. The act of penetration in itself is all about the penis rubbing on the sensitive walls inside the vagina. The fingers, tongue and penis all give different types of sensations that are God given. Study what pressure to use and how fast or slow to give those sensory pleasures on different parts of your spouse’s body. Even kissing is all about the sensations of the skin of your lips meeting. Find out how your spouse loves the sensations

  • YOUR BODY BELONGS TO YOUR SPOUSE
“The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife.” 1 Corinthians 7:4
This is why it is your responsibility to give your spouse pleasure as he/she likes it in the confines of love. Don’t sexually frustrate your spouse yet you have his/her body

  • IN MARRIAGE IT IS NOT ABOUT LUST BUT LOVE
“Do everything in love.” 1 Corinthians 16: 14. Whatever you do should be all about love. Lust is selfish, love is about seeking to please your spouse. Don’t make your marriage all about sex

  • SEX IN MARRIAGE IS ABOUT AGREEING
Whatever sexual act you do together, let it be in mutual agreement. Don’t force your spouse to do something he/she is uncomfortable with or his/her conscience doesn’t agree with

  • CHECK YOUR VIEW ON SEX
Always check if you have a healthy sex view. Do you have an honourable view of sex or were you preached to that sex is evil before you got married that even in marriage you still think sex is evil and are rigid? Is your negative view on sex brought by some mistakes you made before marriage such as abortion or fornication? It is not a sin to enjoy sexual pleasure to the highest and as often as possible in marriage

  • FORGET ABOUT THE NAMES
The names given to sex styles has made some Godly people see them as evil, names such as doggy style, 69, spooning, wheelbarrow … Stop focussing on the names, just do things that give you both pleasure. You can even give the positions your own unique names. You are allowed to be naughty and creative with each other

  • CREATE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE
Since you have different abilities, you can create your own sex positions that no one has ever even tried. You can have sex in other places, not just on your bed. You have been commanded to enjoy the wife of your youth. Each sexual experience doesn’t have to be the same. Being Godly doesn’t mean monotony, even God is creative

  • WORK WITH YOUR SPOUSE’S EXPERIENCE
If your spouse was sexually active before you, he/she has already become aware of the sexual pleasure he/she enjoys. Perhaps your wife realized in the past that she likes being the one riding on top, or your husband in the past realized that he likes his balls played with. Don’t be an insecure spouse, use that information to your advantage. Ask your spouse “How do you like it?” and do it for her/him

  • THE KEY IS FAITHFULNESS
You are permitted to enjoy each other as you wish, as long as faithfulness is observed. Your bedroom can keep your kinky and naughty secrets

  • FOREPLAY IS NECESSARY
Foreplay is the adequate preparation of your spouse for maximum satisfaction during penetration. Find ways you both enjoy to make her sufficiently wet and for him sufficiently hard

  • SEEK HELP
Some wives don’t get sufficiently wet, no problem. Use lubrication so that she doesn’t hurt. Learn about tricks to help the husband keep an erection longer, how to understand each other better sexually, how to maintain a good scent in your vagina, how to tighten your muscles. Don’t sexually suffer just because sex is a taboo to you. Sex is not a taboo to God when it comes to marriage

  • SEX HAS A SHELF LIFE
The gift of sex has an expiry date. You don’t have forever to enjoy the sensations of touch and sex. Don’t let it be that you are married but you don’t enjoy sex, one day your sexual organs will stop functioning. Make memories when you still can

  • DON’T IMPOSE ON OTHERS
Some people say they can never use their mouth on their spouse’s sexual organs because their mouth is only for eating and singing to God. Others believe that giving their spouse sexual pleasure using any creative way they choose is permitted in the name of faithfulness and that it is all part of giving God glory and celebrating their love. Whichever part of the two categories you belong to, what you do on your marital bed is private and between you two as a couple, don’t impose your preference or judge other couples for what they do in their private marital bed.

Romans 14: 1-14 says,

“Accept the one whose faith is weak, without QUARRELING over DISPUTABLE matters. One person’s faith ALLOWS them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must NOT JUDGE the one who does, for God has ACCEPTED THEM. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their OWN MIND. Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever eats meat does so to the Lord, for they give thanks to God; and whoever abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord.

So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.

You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister ? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. It is written:

“ ‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.’ ”
So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God.

Therefore let us stop PASSING JUDGMENT on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that NOTHING IS UNCLEAN IN ITSELF. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for THAT PERSON it is unclean.

How to save your home: Nine ways to win the heart and trust of your husband

A lot of marriages are struggling to flourish and although men are at fault at times, this article seeks to focus on how wives can also work hard to make their homes a better place to be and enviable for others to emulate

DEAR WIFE…

  1. If you want your husband to make love to you often, have a good attitude. No matter how sexy you look or dress, your husband will not find you attractive if you have a bad attitude
  2. If you want your husband to be eating with you, be pleasant to be around. No matter how tasty your food, it loses taste when being around you is stressful
  3. If you want your husband to be opening up to you sensitive and difficult information, learn to keep secrets and not to overreact. A man refrains from sharing too much when he is scared information will be leaked or be misinterpreted
  4. If you want your husband to be praying with you, stop acting as if your prayers are more powerful or you are closer to God than him. Allow your husband to pray his kind of way
  5. If you want your husband to be taking you out often, stop bringing drama and ruining dates with issues that should be dealt with at home. No man wants to go spend time and money at a venue where he will be emotionally drained
  6. If you want your husband to solve the issues in your marriage, stop seeing yourself as the angel and him the devil, stop attacking him or labelling him as “The agent the devil is using to ruin your marriage”. See also your fault, show him you are on the same team and seek solutions, not finger pointing
  7. If you want your husband to come home early, be peaceful. The wife tends to own the home and so can easily make the husband keep off if she becomes harsh, uninviting and combative
  8. If you want your husband to be chatting with you and calling you up, be fun to talk to, make him miss you. If each time he calls you or chats you up it ends up with you starting a fight, reminding him of his wrongs or ordering him around he will avoid communication with you
  9. If you want your husband to receive your suggestions and corrections then speak to him with a tone of love. If you come at him shouting, dictating at him or manipulating him he will harden up
