The Brazilian has officially been outdoored by the Middle East club after his switch from Ghana Premier League
Brazilian midfielder Fabio Gama has officially joined Bahraini side Muharraq Club from Asante Kotoko as a free agent, the two clubs have confirmed.
The 28-year-old helped Kotoko to lift 2021/22 Ghana Premier League title during his second season with the Kumasi-based giants.
Although, Kotoko were hoping to keep Gama for 2022/23 Caf Champions League, the Brazilian opted not to extend his contract due to a lot of factors.
According to reports in the local media, Gama fell out with coach Prosper Ogum Narteh after he recovered from his long injury lay off and the lack of game time informed his decision to leave.
