The young defender has been snapped by the Phobians to fill the void left behind by the departure of Joshua Otoo
Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of defender William Dankyi from city rivals Liberty Professionals in an undisclosed fee.
The 18-year-old, who is touted by many football pundits and connoisseurs as a morden day stopper, comes in as a replacement for Joshua Otoo who was released last week due to poor performance.

Dankyi, who has become the Phobians second major signing after Ernest Sowah in the second transfer window, is a national asset.
He is part of the Ghana U20 squad that is participating in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Ghana will play Algeria in the second leg after sharing the spoils goalless in the first leg in Algiers last weekend.
According to AshesGyamera‘s sources, Asante Kotoko duo of Baba Manama and Seth Opare could join Hearts also after failing to find playing time under coach Paa Kwesi Fabin.
