Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak have recieved an invitation letter from Ghana Football Association for their left-back Dennis Korsah ahead of the World Cup playoffs first leg against Nigeria on March 25 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Korsah joined Hearts from Ebusua Dwarfs barely two months ago but has been an instant hit in the Phobians jersey.
Despite playing for Hearts, a lot of Asante Kotoko fans admire his talent and even agree that he must be part of the Black Stars.
Other players who have been called including VFL VFL Bochum forward Christopher Antwi-Adjei who has scored only one goal in 23 appearances this season in the Bundesliga.
Also, Ghana FA are assessing the injury situation of Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo after he picked up a knee injury over the weekend during a Championship game.
Interestingly, Spezia Calcio midfielder Emmanuel Gyasi has been snubbed once again despite consistently playing in Serie A this season.
