The Serbian coach is expected to at least make one change in his squad that will face the Warriors in the make or break fixture on Tuesday
Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac is expected to at least make a change in the squad that defeated Zimbabwe 3-1 in the first leg of the Fifa World Cup qualifiersas they prepare to play the second leg in Harare on Tuesday.
Although, Milovan has refused to throw light on whether striker Jordan Ayew will start or be on the bench, AshesGyamera’s sources have revealed that youngster Abdul Fatawu Issahaku who was handed his debut in the first leg will likely be dropped to the bench.
In his place, Real Mallorca midfielder Iddrisu Baba will take over and partner Arsenal star Thomas Teye Partey to provide a balance to the team. Iddrisu picked up a knock at training but he will go through a late fitness test before Milovan will decide to allow him to start or not.
Although, a lot of Ghanaians have criticised the consistent use of Crystal Palace striker, he will still maintain his position.
The 30-year-old has failed to score in his last 47 games for club and country. However, he was able to provide an assist for Ghana’s opening goal against Zimbabwe in the first leg at Cape Coast Sports Stadium last weekend.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot will maintain his place in post after his wonderful debut for Ghana on Saturday. He will start ahead of Richard Attah, Danlad Ibrahim and Lawrence Ati-Zigi.
Milovan will maintain the back four of Daniel Amartey, Baba Rahman, Alexander Djiku and Jonathan Mensah while Andre Ayew leads the attack.
A win for Ghana will help them keep their hope of qualifying in line as South Africa also host Ethiopia in Johannesburg in the other group game on Tuesday.
Ghana’s probable starting XI:
Jojo Wollacott – Daniel Amartey, Alexander Djiku, Johnathan Mensah, Baba Rahman – Thomas Partey, Baba Idrissu – Andre Ayew (C), Kudus Mohammed, Kamaldeen Sulemana – Jordan Ayew
