Ghana’s second best referee Bulu to officiate crucial Caf Confederation Cup game in Benin

The Knight of the Whistle from Ghana will be in centre when Buffles welcome their Moroccan counterparts

Ghanaian Fifa referee Charles Benle Bulu has been appointed by Confederation of African Football to handle the Confederation Cup first leg fixture between Benin side Buffles F.C and Morocco outfit ASFAR Club at de l’Amitié – Général Mathieu Kerekou stadium in Cotonou on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

The 34-year old will be assisted by his countrymen Tijani Mohammed and Emmanuel Allou as assistant referee one and two respectively.

Also, another Ghanaian referee Abdul Latif Qadiri will act as the fourth official while Ibrahima Sangare from Mali acts as the Match Commissioner.

Sylvestre Parfait Aivodji from Benin will perform the role as COVID-19 officer.

Ghana’s sole representative in Africa this year, which is Hearts of Oak, will also play CI Kamsar in the Caf Champions League in Conakry, Guinea
