The former Ghana skipper believes the Black Stars will defy all odds to beat Morocco in the opening game of Group C
Former Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has insisted that the Black Stars will defeat Morocco in the opening game of Group C of 2021 Africa Cup of Nations holding in Cameroon.
According to Gyan, although, the Black Stars are not at their usual best, Morocco do not have the men to defeat them.
“I’m a Ghanaian and would be happy they win against Morocco. A narrow win is a narrow and I know that they will do the job,” Gyan said on Supersport.
Meanwhile, Gyan further stressed that Andre Ayew is a tournament player and Arsenal star Thomas Partey is the best player in the team now.
He also says Kamaldeen Sulemana is the player to watch out for in the game as he has the qualities to change the outcome at any point in the game.
