The youngster may not play a part of the tournament after picking up a serious injury
Ghana’s U-20 female national team will be without captain and offensive midfielder Evelyn Badu after she picked up an injury at training ahead of kick off of 2022 Fifa World Cup in Costa Rica.
The 18-year-old was spotted wearing a leg gear and being supported by crutches in a disturbing picture released by Ghana FA on Tuesday morning.
The Black Princesses will begin their tournament with a game against giants United States of America and Badu who recently won Caf inter-club Player of the Year award, was expected to lead them.
