The shot-stopper finalised the deal on Tuesday and could be in line for his debut this weekend

Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has signed for Legon Cities FC after several weeks of training with them.

Formerly known as Wa All Stars, Legon Cities made their rebranding count on opening day of the Ghana Premier League season when they shared the spoils 2-2 with Liberty Professionals on Sunday.

Dauda, who last played in the country for Ghana Premier League side Ashanti Gold, could make his bow on Friday when Legon host Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.

He was Ghana’s first choice goalkeeper during the 2014 Fifa World Cup staged in Brazil.
