A woman believed to be in her early forties was last week attacked by a bull dog in a house she is one of the tenants, at South Ridge, a suburb of Sunyani.
According to a close source, the bull dog which belonged to her landlady attacked and bite her around 9:30pm when she went out to remove her clothes from the dry line.
The woman, Rose Kruwaa, is currently receiving treatment at the intensive care unit at the Brong Ahafo Regional Hospital.
Ark News editor Salomey Agyapong visited her at the hospital and said the woman was in pain upon the bite on various parts of her body including her private part (vagina).
Madam Kruwaa narrated her ordeal said she stepped out to remove her clothes from the dry line in the house and the bulldog from no where pounced on her. The dog, she said bites various parts of her body, when she saw that she was almost dying she gathered the little strength she had and held the dog’s throat, it was there that some people in the house came to save her.
The attack she said has left her traumatized and bed ridden. Madam Kruwaa is appealing to the Sunyani Municipal Police to bring justice to her.
According to our source, it a big house occupied by workers and students from the University of Energy and Natural Resources.
When Arknews contacted the caretaker of the house, he refused to talk to us.
