Asante Kotoko supporters have launched a scathing attack on new striker Evans Adomako after their 1-0 victory over Legon Cities FC in the Ghana Premier League on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Osman Ibrahim’s tenth minute strike was enough to hand Maxwell Konadu’s charges their first three points of the season after sharing the spoils against Techiman Eleven Wonders and Berekum Chelsea.

However, Osman was replaced with Adomako by the 43rd minute after he picked up an injury and the latter’s performance was unimpressive and uninspiring according to reactions by the supporters.

Adomako, who joined from Phar Rangers this season, fluffed several opportunities to extend Kotoko’s advantage in the game and his link up play together with ball control were terrible on the day.

Kotoko will now shift attention to their outstanding game against Great Olympics before they host Al Hilal Omdurman in the Caf Champions League first round.
