Baba Mahama ready for action

Following the closure of the transfer window on midnight of Sunday, November 1, AshesGyamera.com wraps up all the signings made by the 18 clubs as the season kicks of a fortnight later

The 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season is billed to kick start on November 13 with interesting fixtures. Interestingly, the transfer window was shut on midnight of Sunday and all the clubs were at least able to strengthen the squad.

The surprising signing among all was Legon Cities hijacking Asante Kotoko’s move for Asamoah Gyan and officially announcing that the former Ghana captain has a signed a $1 million deal which makes him the highest earner in the local terrain.

Despite Kotoko’s failure to sign Gyan, they made great additions including the arrival of Ghana goalkeeper Razak Abalora and former Ashanti Gold midfielder Latif Anabila and Yusif Mubarik as well as Emmanuel Keyekeh from Karela United.

Hearts of Oak, on the other hand, signed former midfielder Patrick Razak who was free agent, goalkeeper Nana Yeboah and Eric Dizan, among others.
