The Black Sharks lost their second game at the AFCON and are now officially out of fighting for a place at the Beach Soccer World Cup next year
Ghana fails to qualify to play at 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup after losing 5-2 to Morocco in the ongoing 2024 Africa Beach Soccer Cup of Nations.
The Black Sharks lost their first game 6-3 to hosts Egypt on Saturday and with elimination starring at their faces, they did everything possible in the second Group A fixture but their efforts were overshadowed by a resilient Morocco team.
Ghana who now have zero point from two games, will play Tanzania in the last game of the group and the result would do little or nothing for them in the competition.
Seychelles will host the World Cup next year and a total of 24 countries are expected to arrive in Africa for the first time for the competition
