Bechem United legend Augustine Okrah has joined Tanzanian giants SIMBA SC ahead of the new season as a free agent, the two clubs have confirmed.
The 28-year-old sealed a two-year deal with the Lions following a blistering performance in Ghana Premier League last season.
Despite Bechem finishing third in the league and losing the FA Cup final to Hearts of Oak, Okrah’s impressive performance did not go unnoticed.
He scored 18 goals in all competitions and provided nine assists.

He is not new to big stage as he helped Al Merriekh to reach Champions League semifinals in 2017.
Okrah is now now of the highest earning Ghanaian players plying their trade in Africa after he was paid almost one hundred times of the salary he was receiving at Bechem United.
