Salisu Mohammed shines in Monaco’s slim win over Montpellier

The Ghanaian centre-back was the talk of town after his incredible performance helped his side to pick a narrow victory at home

Ghana defender Mohammed Salisu played the entire duration when Monaco defeated Montpellier 2-1 in French Ligue 1 at Stade Louis II on Saturday night.

Congolese midfielder Rabby Nzingoula broke the deadlock by the 16th minute after he was assisted by Akor Adams by the 16th minute.

The former Southampton defender also won seven ground duels out of nine and five out five aerial duels.
