Kwame Sosu joins Real Betis until 2028

Ghana youth prodigy Kwame Junior Sosu has completed a lucrative four-year move to La Liga side Real Betis Balompie from Ghanaian division two side Desideros.

Sosu, 18, will be drafted to the club’s youth team as he continues his progress this season. However, depending on his development, Sosu could make his debut in La Liga as the season progresses.

Betis will travel to face under pressure Real Madrid this weekend in La Liga.

Kwame Mensah joins La Liga side Real Betis

Ghanaian midfielder Mawuli Kwame Mensah has joined Spanish club Real Betis in a three-year deal ahead of the start of 2023/24 season, the club have announced.

The youngster caught the eye of Betis coach Manuel Pelligrini and he is expected to be part of the senior side as Betis hope to improve their performance last season.

Mensah, 19, arrived from Antequera CF and he is expected to be at Benito Villamarín Stadium until 2026 as the club’s top hierarchy are highly tipping him to take the league by storm.

Meanwhile, Betis star Alex Colorado has left the club to join Saudi Arabia Pro League side Al-Akhdoud FC in a one-year loan deal while Barcelona player Ez Abde has reportedly also agreed to join Betis.

Kwasi Sibo joins La Liga side Real Betis from Watford until 2023

The young midfielder has sealed a deal with the Spanish side and will be at the Benito Villamarin Stadium until 2023

Ghanaian international Kwasi Sibo has signed a two-year contract with La Liga side Real Betis from English Premier League club Watford, the two clubs have confirmed the deal.

The 23-year-old, who signed the deal with his agent Tony Appiah, had a good campaign at La Liga B side UD Ibiza last season and caught the eye of Betis scouts. After a careful assessment by head coach Manuel Pellegrini, the club opted to snap him.

Reports suggest that Sibo will have to join the club’s youth side to prove his mettle to Pellegrini before he can join the senior players to play in La Liga.

“New Chapter .. New Home .. New family .. God is the reason. Thanks to everyone who made this possible, another goal to be focus on,” Sibo posted on Facebook.

“Happy to be here and ready to work hard to help this family in all competitions,” he added.

Sibo is a former player of Ghana Division One League side Cheetah FC and has previously had stints with Banants FC in Armenia.
