The Black Queens skipper has fired back at critics who suggest she is the mole among the players and has constantly been inciting others against authorities
Ghana female national team, Black Queens, captain Elizabeth Addo popularly known as ‘Ama Pele’ has launched a rebuttal at her critics who have been constantly spreading falsehood.
The skillful midfielder was not named in Ghana’s squad that played the Aisha Buhari Tournament last month and did not also make it in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Nigeria last month.
Following to the snub, a lot of commentaries have been flying around including one from Madam Rosalind Amoh on GTV Sports+ Studio 5 show where Addo was labeled as a difficult child.
This did not go done well with the player and she took to her official Twitter page to reply in equal measure. She insisted that she isn’t the difficult child but one who wants the betterment of her country.
“On Wednesday 20th, on GtvSports+ Rosalind Amoh on Studio 5 tagged me as “the difficult child” of the Black Queens n I find dat very unpleasant n distasteful since everyting I’ve fought 4 is 4 the good of de team. Just cuz I refused 2 be manipulated doesn’t warrant u 2 place tags on me,” she wrote.
Ghana will face Nigeria next two weeks in the qualifiers at the Accra Sports Stadium but reports suggest that a lot of the players want head coach Mercy Tagoe sacked due to several reasons.
