The midfielder had a wonderful weekend as he propelled his side to pick yet another win in the Zambia second-tier
Ghanaian international Evans Oduro saw full action when Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy defeated Police College 2-0 in the Zambia National League on Saturday.
After an end to end action in the opening 45 minutes, where chances became premium, Kabwe improved after the break in search of the first goal.
Oduro teamed up with Thomas Lakifi to set up Kabuku Moango by the 63rd minute but the striker’s last ditch effort was saved.
However, Kabuku finally found the opener by the 83rd minute after connecting a pass from a corner-kick to break the resilient wall of the visitors.
Five minutes later, Evans Oduro took a ball from the right flank and went pass his marker before playing Lafiki through and the midfielder calmly slotted his shot beyond the reach of the onrushing goalkeeper.
Kabwe, who are hoping to get qualification back to the top-flight next season, will travel to Lusaka to face Kafue Celtic next weekend.
